Naaz Joshi, name of an achiever, a name that means pride. A name that’s lesser known to common people.

She is India’s first transgender international beauty queen. She demands gender equality. She demands jobs for trans community. She demands no discrimination.

Naaz Joshi transgender beauty was on josh talks recently and spoke about hurdles she faced growing up, she had no family or society support. She is the world’s only trans beauty queen who has won pageants against cis gender women. Financially not strong Naaz has big dreams, recently she appeared in a music video, kate nahi kat te. Naaz narrates that it was very difficult to produce the video for her as she couldn’t find a male model so easily, because most of the models were worried about their image, romancing with a trans girl on screen.

Naaz Joshi transgender beauty has recently been appointed as brand ambassador for an NGO ‘Dzire for life’ that works on women empowerment and child education. She has been chosen as an ambassador by the school MM Public School, Pitampura by Smt. Rooma Pathak for their project Indra Dhanush, that will sensitize students and their parents on LGBT issues. She is also been chosen ambassador for natural purels LS, this is for the first time in India that a trans girl is ambassador to a school and to organic and natural products like honey, slimming tea, turmeric etc.

On the occasion of Women’s day, Naaz was also awarded by the Delhi government women cell for her contribution to the society. But at the end of the day she is still a victim of physical and verbal abuse by her mother, as per Naaz Joshi’s recent statements.
